In December 2006, The M&P Lab became a wholly-owned subsidiary
of CERAM Research Ltd, of Stoke-on-Trent in the United Kingdom,
joining the CERAM group of companies across the globe. CERAM is
an internationally renowned center of technical excellence for
the materials industry, providing integrated services to assist
companies to improve their products and their processes. It works
in industry sectors such as ceramics, metals, composites, glasses,
construction, fine chemicals and general engineering. Its services
include characterization and analysis, R&D and consultancy,
information services, manufacturing and process support, product
design and development and technology transfer.
Both entities, each in their own right, are world-renowned centers
of technical excellence for materials manufacturers and users
