Keeping Customers Satisfied

A new Client Relationship Management System (CRM) is being implemented at The M&P Lab to help improve customer satisfaction and responsiveness. The CRM will provide a centralized system to ensure that inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently, and that follow-up actions on customer issues are addressed in a timely manner.  The CRM is part of a business-wide implementation across The M&P Lab's parent company, the CERAM Group, to provide a coordinated approach to serving the needs of clients worldwide.
