The M&P Lab Hires Marketing Communications Manager in Schenectady

The M&P Lab hired Jan A. Smith to head up marketing communications for its U.S. operations. She will also be responsible for marketing CICS, a carbon verification firm also owned by The M&P Lab's parent company, CERAM.

Prior to joining The M&P Lab, Ms. Smith was owner and president of Multilogue Consulting Corporation, a marketing services firm she started in January 2009 after relocating to Albany from Claverack, NY. She worked for 11 years as co-founder and Vice President of consultancy Cross World Network in Tarrytown, NY, where she ran marketing communications programs and authored or co-authored books and articles on marketing technology. She began her career in 1980 in New England working for information technology firms. Ms. Smith is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Public Relations Society of America, New Energy New York, and the Cleantech Group. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA in Russian language from Brandeis University.
